Gymnastics NSW partners with The Kinetica Group to grow gymnastics and secure sponsorship investment

The challenge

Gymnastics NSW aims to promote, govern, develop, and grow gymnastics across NSW. They were prioritising efforts to support retention and drive future membership growth, while also seeking sponsorship investment to support this agenda.

The solution: Unique insights and knowledge

In partnership with Kinetica, Gymnastics NSW was able to understand attitudes and behaviours at the local level and identify opportunities for prioritisation. Analysing networks across NSW, five regions were found to be in high demand for gymnastics but had limited or no supply in the community.

To support sponsorship revenue growth, Gymnastics NSW worked with Kinetica to provide unique insights and knowledge about the gymnastics community, highlighting where new and existing customer growth potential existed for target sponsors.

This partnership led to three significant outcomes for Gymnastics NSW:

Helped advocate for new venues and investment in communities with high demand but low supply.

Sponsorship investment:

A new sponsor in the banking sector, enabling them to effectively promote their brand locally.
